Here is a brief overview of myself, philosophy and objectives.

I entered the field in 1990 and became a nationally certified massage therapist at the first seating of the boards in 1992. I have been an instructor of bodywork, the breath and movement for the past twenty-eight years and taught deep tissue, sports, pre– and postnatal massage and technically specific, subtle work for six of those years in a certified massage program.

Optimal health is a creative process in which each of us can become personally involved. I listen to you, hear what you are saying and, from that point, design a session that meets your immediate needs. We work together to ensure your massage is the most effective possible.
